This meeting place is at a really good Italian restaurant in Lansing, the Club has
a private meeting room on occasions and this is a problem for them.
A possible meeting location change is being considered.
The menu choice was good, a chopped salad, meat loaf or an eggplant of some sort.
I chose the salad it was good but dressing on the side was unavailable. Too much dressing was applied in the kitchen.
I was pleased to present the only charter member of this club with a 50th anniversary
certificate. WOW 50 years in Rotary and he has perfect attendance.
They are considering a change in the meeting style and the way the meals are served.
There is a thread of 5 members that seem to do the most. Membership is an issue with
this Club as well. A new and aggressive goal for the Rotary Foundation was a refreshing
change and I can tell you I was excited to see it. This Club is on the move.
