We met with the Board in an office conference room that was quite comfortable.
Quizno's supplied the lunch buffet and I must say the bread was fresh and soft
the sandwiches were ample and tasty. A choice of beef, ham, and cold cuts were available. The sides were nice as well.
Shorewood had there annual Duck Race and pancake breakfast last Saturday and
can you believe it they netted about $20,000.
This Club chartered about 18 months ago with 25 members and is now at about 18
so as you can see membership is an issue everywhere.
The membership may be the youngest in the District and they are determined to get
back to 25 this year. The District will assist in any way.
